Today, I went window shopping at Orchard. Didn't buy anything at all xD
When I went back, I had my dinner and start playing cards with my cousins.. After they went home, I saw this Short Singapore Film entitled, 'The Promise'.
Born with mild intellectual disability (MID) , slow in learning and often gullible , 19-year-old Shan Shan is an innocent and friendly girl. Like any teenager, Shan Shan is going through a coming of age, yearning for a special someone.
Tan Mei Juan , Shan's mother, is a single-parent mother who has raised her daughter s...ingle handedly. Extremely protective of Shan , Mei Juan devises a “sunflower pact”. If Shan ever falls in love and the boy she loves can fulfill the conditions as laid down in the “sunflower pact”, Mei Juan will give her blessings.
In a chance encounter, Shan falls in love with 19-year-old Wen Yuan who happened to be a slacker in his studies and life. Shan's innocence and attitude to life changed Wen Yuan. However will Wen Yuan accept a MID girl as his girlfriend? Is he the one to fulfill the “sunflower's pact”? And that is how the show ends with the question.
It's very touching as they have to leave each other but I believe in the bond that they have which would still connect them in thought. I hope Wen Yuan will be there for Shan Shan if there is another continuing part of the film.. That would be sweet =]
The heart warming song written by Serene Koong was released and I've put on this blog for you guys to listen to it ^^

Mayflower Secondary Schools Musical 2009 entitled: Consensio : Conflict and Resolution. For the two day(15 & 16 Dec) I had to do Public Duty. On the 15, The I was there with the 3 mfss sjab officers Haha. 16 was with the 2 mdms and Zi Yan. It was tiring and a lil board but I get to go to the back stage and have a look 'behine the scenes'. The makeups are beautiful. Not much casualty on the 15. On the 16, in the morning I heard that a dancer fell unconscious =O Along with a dancer who injured her toe nail, her nail cracked. That's all for me to share, other are kept confidential. I basically didn't have the opportunity to treat any dancers injured as we have female officers to go for it ^^ I'll just observe and help up a little here and there. In the evening, we saw Zheng Yang ^^ He was handsome as usual and he made many hilarious moments but doing/singing funny and random stuffs.. After the public duty, on the 15, I got treated by Choon Keong Sir to a Mchicken and his reason is , "I'm your Ah gong/I'm a member of SAF" then the next day I got treated by Jia Min mdm and her reason was,' I have savings...'. She treated me to Fishball noodles+Ice Milo at amk s11. Then now comes Charmaine mdm treating me to a cab ride back home with the reason,'You are under 16, now police are very strict in catching lurkers under 16, ESPECIALLY this area..'. When I went back I felt very very 'Maluu'.. Haha It's getting late, I'll be going to bed now x.x 12.09pm at the moment.

Yesterday was boring, I was compiling the CCA attendance for more then five hours =o
Transferring all the work manually from the photocopied attendance. It was tedious, especially the counting and checking part. In addition, it was the attendance from 5th Jan to 2nd Dec 2009... Wakaka. Had my dinner and at 9.30pm, I date Eric for a jog around KB to around our school. It has been awhile since we went for a jog. Untill 10.16, we stopped and proceed with 20 standard push ups, 20 diamond push ups and another 20 standard push ups again. So in total, we did 60. Whao, I can feel the muscles contracting.. excersizing under the moonlight feels so cool. I want more!
